Order Your Chicks for Spring Chick Days
Exciting news! It’s chick season at Solon Feed Mill, and we’ve got two dates for you to order your adorable new additions to your backyard flock. Just fill out the form below with the type and quantity of chicks you want, and choose your preferred order date – either March 4th or April 1, 2024. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll handle the rest and submit it to the hatchery on those dates. Keep in mind that the delivery time may vary depending on the breeds you choose. Rest assured, we’ll give you a call as soon as your fluffy friends arrive at the store.

Curious about chicken terms? A ‘pullet’ is a young hen under 1 year old that hasn’t started laying eggs yet – most of our chicks are pullets. And if you see ‘ST Run’ or ‘SR’ (straight run), that means the chicks haven’t been sexed, so you’ll get a mix of male and female chicks in your order.
